Condado Lagoon (Spanish: Laguna del Condado) is located in Condado, a beachfront community in Metro San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Condado Lagoon is a body of water that flows between the neighborhoods of Santurce and Miramar.
The Condado Lagoon National Park, (aka) Jaime Benítez National Park is located next to the Laguna del Condado. The park is frequented by dog walkers and joggers. Before the COVID Pandemic free movies were shown on a huge inflatable screen on the great lawn on the first Saturday of the month at 7pm.
The boardwalk includes a ramp for easy access to the water. The Puerto Rico Canoe and Kayak Federation also practices in the Condado Lagoon, launching from the park.
There are signs inside the park with information on the flora, fauna, and bodies of water that surround the area. It has benches, a gazebo, free parking, and restrooms.
